Tried everything?

Great, now lets get real.

Tried everything? That's great, I am sure it has helped, But whether it was healing - that's a totally different question. Unless something has the ability to heal you on all levels (physical, mental, emotional, energetic & spiritual) There is a good chance, it was temporary.

As an analogy, imagine walking into a room with a bad stench where a rubbish bin has not been cleared. No amount of washing, cleaning, spraying air fresheners, disinfectants, smudging the place or crystal healing will truly fix the problem. It may help temporarily, but eventually, You will have to take out the garbage.

Wondering, how can you tell?

Wondering if all that you have tried has helped? Or healed you? its very simple, if the answer to all of such questions is a “Yes,” then it is less likely you have dealt with the root cause.

  • How frequently are you triggered? How often do you judge yourself or others? If the amount of triggers has reduced or what use to trigger you before no longer affects you, that is an excellent barometer of healing.

  • Still attracting the same people, same situations, same patterns? Then, there is a good chance you are still what you are attracting.

  • Your body keeps the score, there is a tonne of research linking health issues to repressed emotions.

  • Still feel stuck in a fight-flight loop? Anxiety, hypervigilance , racing thoughts, high visceral sensations, all point to repressed emotions or avoiding to feel.

How is it different from all the things that I have tried?

It is not about doing anything, adding anything, or fixing anything, It is simply about not resisting & letting the body do what it does best, Heal itself.

Self Directed Healing.

And I can do this myself?

Yes ! in-fact we all knew this intimately as children, which is why it was difficult to stay miserable as kids. Like I said, this is not about adding anything or fixing anything

This is about remembering. Something that was very organic & natural to our body.
