Emotional Consciousness
To be emotionally conscious is to look at emotions with curiosity, without labels, to enquire if they are the perceived threat we think they are. To notice how long they stay with us and how they affect our physiology, energy, breathing, and thoughts. Being emotionally conscious means seeing all emotions as organic, to live without needing to change or suppress them. But most importantly, permitting ourselves to feel them fully with the same level of curiosity, self-love & lack of judgment.
